Patient Safety

Patient Safety is a priority at SHHA. The following section of the website is where SHHA will report on Patient Safety initiatives and where various performance indicators are posted.

Every hospital, including SHHA, is required by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care (MOHLTC) to report these indicators to the public. The MOHLTC also reports these same indicators on their website.
