Quality and patient safety is at the forefront of South Huron Hospital Association’s (SHHA) strategic agenda. With the addition of the ever-changing healthcare environment, and legislative requirements, it is imperative that SHHA support a culture of change.  With the involvement of the Board, leadership, physicians and staff, SHHA is able to prioritize measureable responsibilities and actions and monitor their effectiveness through continuous quality improvement.
