If you are unable to see your Family Doctor or do not have a Family Doctor, problems such as colds, earaches, and some prescription renewals can be seen in the Walk-In Clinic to avoid long waits in the Emergency Department.

We will make every effort to see all the patients who arrive at the clinic, however, please be aware that we may reach capacity and you will need to return the next day or to see your family doctor.

Please also remember that you can call Telehealth Ontario for a free telephone consultation with a RN over the phone any time of the day or night.  You will receive advice for non-emergency conditions to help you decide if you need to see a physician or not. The Telehealth Number is 1-800-797-0000
