Strategic Plan

On February 24, 2011, the South Huron Hospital Association’s Board of Directors approved the Strategic Plan for 2011–2014.

The plan provides a framework for South Huron Hospital’s future with a focus on providing safe, quality patient care and continuing to build partnerships.

We would like to acknowledge the staff, physicians, partners, and community whose input was invaluable and integral to our process.
