Maintenance

The Maintenance Department at SHHA is responsible for maintaining the physical plant, all building services, and related equipment. The majority of the equipment and fixtures are included in the electronic preventative maintenance program.

Functions of  the department include the following components:

• Maintenance of all exterior surfaces (i.e. snow removal, grass cutting, parking areas, etc.)
• Troubleshooting and minor maintenance of medical and other equipment
• Review of fire and safety hazards
• Hazardous waste removal
• Minor physical building improvements (i.e. painting, floor maintenance, etc.)
