Materials Management
| The Materials Management Department is responsible for the flow of goods and supplies into and throughout the facility, including purchasing, receiving, cart top up and inventory control. |

| The department ensures that the right products are available in the right place at the right time to meet the needs of the patients and staff. Acting as a liaison between the end user and the supplier, the department is in constant contact to ensure only quality products are purchased. Through negotiated contracts and purchasing agreements, these goods and supplies are procured with the best available pricing and quality. |
