Reception

The Registration Department is responsible for assisting with patient registration and discharges at SHHA, as well as managing the telephone switchboard.

The registration staff is responsible for redirecting incoming calls to SHHA and acts as an information centre for the hospital. The registration staff announces all emergency codes within the hospital. This department coordinates all communication between outside calls and hospital staff and between physicians and staff inside the hospital.

The registration staff is available from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and can be reached at (519) 235-2700. Your initial call will be answered by an automated attendant. Simply follow the directions provided.
