Welcome! This E-Learning program consists of some general information and scenarios to help
you learn the concepts and principles of privacy and confidentiality under current legislation.

When you complete this program, you will be able to:

• Differentiate between privacy and confidentiality.
• Apply principles of privacy and confidentiality to your decision-making.

How do I use this E-learning program?

The program consists of 4 general learning modules. The 5th module will require you:
To select the learning module that best reflects your work at the hospital (e.g., physician, Regulated Health Professional, etc.).

After completing the E-Learning program, you will be asked to fill out and sign the Confidentiality Agreement Form and the Privacy E-Learning Form  these forms will be kept on record in your HR file.
