Inpatient Services

The South Huron Hospital (SHH) has one inpatient unit consisting of 19 beds. Our interdisciplinary care team provides 24-hour acute, rehabilitation, and complex continuing care to patients (ages 18 and older) who require further treatment for a variety of conditions.

Each patient is seen daily by an assigned physician. Family physicians are notified of a patient’s hospital admission to facilitate information sharing and continuity of care.
